Event Cancellation Policy

IADD General Policy

Paid registrants who are unable to attend will receive a full refund less administrative fees if a written cancellation request is received ten days prior to the scheduled event. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Substitutions are acceptable until the day of the event.

Odyssey Expo 2025 Cancellation Policy

Paid registrants of the Advanced Corrugated Program who are unable to attend will receive a full refund less administrative fees if a written cancellation is received by April 1, 2025. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Registrants of all other ticket options, including complimentary Attendee with Session Resources, Member Party,  paid Attendee, and Exhibitor Booth Staff, are not eligible for refunds.
