IADD members,
Welcome to our new website! We have a brand new look and updated technology in an effort to better serve you. We hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
In order to get the most out of your member experience, follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Create a new login.
Your previous username and password will not work on the new website. You will need to create a new login.
To create your login:
- Follow this link.
- Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
- If the email entered is connected to your profile, you'll be prompted to set your new password.
- If we do not have the email on file in our new system, you'll be prompted to create a new account.
Step 2: Visit your Member Compass.
Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to your Member Compass - our new portal for you to:
- View/pay invoices
- See your payment history
- See events that you are registered for
- Update your Directory profile—remember to add your photo!
- ...and more!
Step 3: Explore your member benefits!
Your new login also gives you access to your members only benefits—members see more! Be sure to:
- Search our easy-to-use, updated Resource Library
- Read the latest issues of The Cutting Edge technical magazine
- Browse 700+ articles on a variety of technical topics
- Purchase and stream technical videos
- Ask TechTeam, our panel of experts, a question
- Register for events

Even without joining, you can still create an account and have a Member Compass, but members see more!
